March 7, 2023 – Santa Fe College’s Spring Into Wellness is running now through April 25. All SF employees should have received an email from HR Director Lela Frye on Wednesday, Feb. 22, detailing the many events across the college. The college will host biometric screenings March 22, 23, and 24. Appointment times can be booked online.
SF employees who participate in one of the college’s group health care plans (PPO, HSA or HMO) are encouraged to complete the online Health Risk Assessment (HRA) prior to their scheduled biometric screening appointment by logging onto the member portal at www.floridablue.com. Members who complete the online HRA will earn $40 in Blue Rewards. Employees who complete activities found on the Allowable Activities section of Florida Blue’s Member Rewards website can also earn up to an additional $100 in Blue Rewards which are redeemable for a wide selection of digital merchandise including cards to a variety of popular stores and online shopping providers like Amazon.
Full-time employees who are not enrolled in one of the college’s three (3) group health care plans may participate in the annual in person Health Risk Assessments and Biometric Screenings by making an appointment online.
All employees who participate in the Biometric HRA Screenings will be eligible for a healthy Subway lunch voucher and will be entered into a drawing for prizes that include items like a backpack cooler and a beach cruiser bicycle.
