April 17, 2023 – A working group of Hispanic and Latin employees (faculty and staff) at Santa Fe College (SF) has put together a governing structure for our new affinity group. The Latin/Hispanic Affinity Group (LHAG) aims to help SF embrace the Hispanic and Latin populations in our district and our state. As SF transitions to being a Hispanic Serving Institution, the LHAG will work to make SF a place that is welcoming to Hispanic and Latin voices.
Use the link to learn about, and vote on, the proposed governing structure. You’ll also have the opportunity to nominate candidates for the governing board (including yourself) and to offer suggestions for the group. Voting will close Wednesday afternoon, April 19, 2023.
