July 25, 2023 – To support new and returning students at the start of the fall 2023 semester, several Student Affairs offices at Santa Fe College will be open later than usual. The Office of Admissions, Academic Advisement Center, Office of Financial Aid, The Office of the Registrar, Veterans and Military Success Services, and Student Life will be open until 6 p.m. from Monday, August 14 to Thursday, August 17, and from Monday, August 21 to Thursday, August 24.
Students can visit these offices in person or choose to receive services remotely via the digital lobbies located at each department’s website.
According to Dan Rodkin, Associate Vice President of Student Affairs, “Extended hours provide students with additional time to get assistance on any unusual or difficult enrollment-related situations they are facing. Student Affairs staff look forward to helping all students be ready to start their fall semester on time.”
The week before classes begin and the first week of classes tend to be the busiest time in these offices, so even with the extended hours, students are encouraged to get assistance prior to August 14 to beat the rush.
Fall semester classes begin on Monday, August 21.
