October 5, 2023 – Professional Development Day is scheduled for Friday, March 29, 2024. The event’s theme is “Evolution: A Journey Towards Transformation and Belonging at Santa Fe College.”
At Santa Fe College, this theme symbolizes our commitment to continuous growth and development for all employees. Evolution is not just a biological term—it represents progress, transformation and the refinement of ideas and practices over time.
As we evolve across all aspects of our institution and seek continuous improvement, we want to emphasize the core values of transparency and a sense of belonging for everyone. As part of this effort, we are seeking individual and/or team presentations for this event from faculty and staff members.
Each session will be 45 minutes.
