October 30, 2023 – Santa Fe College’s annual Open Enrollment for the 2024 benefit plan year is going on now and will end this Friday, Nov. 3. Open Enrollment is an opportunity for employees to add new plans, make plan changes, and add or remove dependent and/or domestic partner coverage for the upcoming plan year. No changes can be made after the Open Enrollment period unless they are due to a qualifying event such as marriage, divorce, or birth/adoption. Employees are also reminded that they must log on to the FMBC Enrollment Portal by Friday, Nov. 3, if they wish to participate in the 2024 FLEX Medical or Dependent Care plan for 2024.
Benefits available during Open Enrollment for the 2024 benefit plan year include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flex spending, cancer insurance, sick leave pool, life insurance, disability insurance, and Legal/ID Shield.
