December 16, 2023 – The Santa Fe Saints Women’s basketball team began a two-game win streak last Saturday. They hosted the St. Petersburg College Titans at the SF Gym.
The Saints led in every period except the fourth when the Titans attempted to mount a comeback. The Saints persevered and earned the 78-61 victory.
“I’m happy with the way in which we played for the better part of today’s game,” Saints Head Coach Russ Jackson said. “Hopefully, we will be able to clean a few things up and stay on track once we get back from the holiday break.”
The 6-3 Saints will take on Chipola College and Northwest Florida State College on Dec. 29 and 30 respectively at the SF Gym.
