February 23, 2024 – There are high paying and exciting positions in the insurance and risk management industry in Gainesville! Santa Fe College students are invited to the Insurance and Risk Management Showcase on Tuesday, Feb. 27, at Santa Fe College’s Blount Hall in Room DB-109 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. to learn about the exciting and various opportunities available.

During the event, you will learn from David Cheesborough, Adjunct Professor, Risk Management and Insurance about a 2 semester/18 credit hour certificate program that can quickly provide students with the knowledge and skills to obtain entry level positions. Professor Cheesborough will also share information about the Associate in Science business administration degree that can help students obtain additional knowledge and skills required for state licensure and higher level high paying positions.
These industry employers will join Professor Cheesborough to answer students’ questions about knowledge and skills needed as well as opportunities available to students:
