February 26, 2024 – You are invited to attend the Displaced Homemaker Program 40th Anniversary Reception on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. in Building R, Room 1 (R-001) on the Northwest Campus of Santa Fe College. Graduates of the program representing each decade will share their story of the impact the program has made in their lives.

The Displaced Homemaker program (DHP) supports individuals in our community who are moving from homemaking to employment. DHP offers free classes and workshops all year round. Specialized services include boosting self-esteem, improving communication skills, assertiveness training, resume assistance, job search techniques, and interview practice.

Since 1984, DHP has helped more than 4,000 people in our community, leading to higher wages, increased purchasing ability, and a decreased reliance on social services. Please join us in acknowledging the positive impact this program has on our community.
