March 1, 2024 – Santa Fe College’s Feb. 16 visioning session was terrifically productive! Potential areas of emphasis for the college’s next five years emerged, and our next step in creating a new strategic plan is to refine potential outcomes and themes, come to some agreement on their relative promise and importance, and consider strategies for achieving the shared vision they suggest.
Please help advance this work:
1. Complete this Post-Visioning Session Survey to rank potential outcomes (identified in the visioning session) before March 12. The results of this survey will assist participants during upcoming Strategic Planning Workshops on March 15 and March 20.
2. Collaborate with colleagues from across the college to develop potential strategies for selected themes by attending one (not both) of the Strategic Planning Workshops. Workshop seating is limited, so please arrive at least ten minutes before the start time to secure a seat in one of these repeat sessions:
- Friday, March 15, 1:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m., Northwest Campus, Building S, Room 326
