Santa Fe College's Clock Tower on the Northwest Campus.

March 13, 2024 – A reminder that the College’s first Strategic Plan Workshop is Friday, March 15, from 1:00 to 2:45 p.m. at the Northwest Campus, Building S, Room 326.

For those who cannot attend Friday’s session, a second session will be held Wednesday, March 20 from 2:15 to 4:00 p.m. at Blount Center, Building DB, Room 110.

The workshops follow a visioning session held February 16. Numerous potential areas of emphasis for Santa Fe College’s next five years emerged. The next step to creating a new strategic plan is to refine potential outcomes and themes, come to some agreement on their relative promise and importance, and consider strategies for achieving the shared vision they suggest.

To prepare for attending a Strategic Plan Workshop:

1. Complete this Post-Visioning Session Survey to rank potential outcomes (identified in the visioning session). The survey closes today March 13. The results of this survey will assist participants during upcoming Strategic Planning Workshops on March 15 and March 20.

2. Collaborate with colleagues from across the college to develop potential strategies for selected themes by attending one (not both) of the Strategic Planning Workshops.

Workshop seating is limited, so please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to secure a seat.
