March 28, 2024 – Santa Fe College’s annual Spring Into Wellness runs from April 2 – May 3, 2024. The five-week event gives employees the opportunity to engage in physical and mental wellness activities.
All full-time SF employees are eligible to participate in the events and will have opportunities to be entered into weekly prize drawings for tumblers, yoga mats, coolers, and the grand prize, a Beach Cruiser!
Spring into Wellness event will kick off with our annual Health Risk Assessments. The Biometric Health Risk Assessments will be held on April 2, 3, and 4 and employees can schedule their preferred date and time through the Better You Health Screening Appointment Scheduler. Employees enrolled in one of the College’s group health care plans (PPO, HDHP, or HMO) are encouraged to complete the online Health Risk Assessment (HRA) prior to their Biometric Screening appointment.
Employees can simply log onto their member portal at www.floridablue.com to complete the online HRA and earn $40 in Blue Rewards. In addition to the $40, members can earn up to $100 in Blue Rewards by completing any of the activities found on the Allowable Activities of your Member Rewards site. These rewards are redeemable for a wide selection of digital gift cards.
Employees not enrolled in one of our three group health plans can still participate in our on-campus Health Risk Assessments and Biometric Screenings, however, they will not have access to the online Health Risk Assessment. All employees who participate in the Biometric HRA screenings will be eligible for a Subway lunch voucher and will be entered in the grand prize drawing.
