April 3, 2024 – Tuesday afternoon saw the Santa Fe Saints heading to Daytona for an exciting doubleheader against the Daytona State College Falcons.
The first game saw the Falcons get on the board in the first with one run. The Saints followed suit in the fourth, scoring two, which was enough to ground the Falcons 2-1.
The Saints scored early in the second game. However, the Falcons were determined to prevent an SF sweep, scoring in the third and fourth innings. The Saints fell prey to the Falcons 3-1.
Another doubleheader awaits the Saints this Thursday, April 4. SF hosts the Eastern Florida State College Titans. The action starts at 2 p.m.
