Counseling Center is Now the Counseling and Wellness Center

April 4, 2024 – The Counseling Center is going through a rebranding and is now called the Counseling and Wellness Center. Although, many of the services will remain the same, we are excited to continue some of the initiatives implemented in the last year.

The Center aims to support students in their overall well-being (physical, mental, emotional, and more) through collaboration with the SF and Gainesville communities.

Still located in Building R, Room 227 on the Northwest Campus, the Counseling and Wellness Center will continue to offer personal, academic, and career counseling, as well as crisis intervention, outreach and consultation to students, faculty, and staff, while expanding into other opportunities for collaboration, education, and encouraging help-seeking behaviors.

Counseling is available at some of the SF remote locations and the Northwest Campus. There are free resources, including access yoga and gardening, for all students available via the Mind Body Life initiative. Santa Fe College students also have free, 24/7 access to TimelyCare, the virtual health and well-being platform designed for college students. We look forward to continuing to serve students, faculty, staff and the community.
