NOTICE OF RULE AMENDMENT: The District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College, Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rule 3.23 (Informal and Formal Grievance Procedures for Members of the College Senate) at its regularly scheduled Board meeting on 06/18/24 at Watson Center, 4150 State Road 21, Keystone Heights, FL 32656. PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To amend rule to modify the grievance process and to combine Rules 3.23 and 3.24 together. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64(18). LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1001.64(18).
