“Cheryl is the consummate professional,” Dr. Nate Southerland, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, said. “Not only is her knowledge vast, but she also has the ability to handle any situation that comes her way with grace and patience. I can’t imagine how I would have managed my first few months at Santa Fe [College] without her help and guidance. She’s a treasure!”

Co-worker Paula Gainey said, “Cheryl is a true friend and mentor, and has been a joy to work with. She has added so much fun and enjoyment to our office. Her ability to communicate, listen, and offer assistance, will be missed on a daily basis.”

Cheryl’s farewell reception will be held in the President’s Lobby on Thursday, June 27 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Refreshments and drinks will be served.
