Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, marked the launch of the Santa Fe College Language Exchange Program at the ESL Lab in Building I, room 001, from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
There were more than 30 students present looking for language partners whose mother tongue is Chinese, English, French, Korean or Spanish.
There is a need from these language students to have partners whose mother tongue can help them with their homework, talk about culture, body gestures, recipes or pronunciation.
So, we are calling on mother tongue speakers to join us. If you are interested in being a language partner, please contact Ms. Haydee Britton at haydee.britton@sfcollege.edu.
Once students match with a language partner, students will have access to the ESL Lab in Building I to meet, Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
