The solicitation process for a new tenant in the Food Court is entering its final stages. Proposals are due by Thursday, Aug. 27. An evaluation committee composed of students, faculty, and staff will evaluate the proposals and make a decision shortly afterward. Because renovations will be needed, it is likely that a new vendor will not be in place until January. In the meantime, we have expanded food offerings in the Bookstore with quick, ready-to-eat items, and Coffee 101 has added new equipment to handle increased breakfast and lunch orders.
