Humanities Study Abroad Trip Returns from Europe

Students enrolled in the Department of Fine Arts’ Summer A term ARH1000 Art Appreciation: Study Abroad; Art in Paris, Florence and Rome returned to Gainesville last Friday.

Eleven SF students, led by Visual Arts professors Matthew Newell and Valerie Aslakson-Jennings, toured Paris, Florence and Rome from May 17 to 28. (Click on the small image for a larger photo.) As a General Education offering, ARH1000Art Appreciation: Study Abroad; Art in Paris, Florence and Rome is open to all students and anticipates its third year in the summer of 2011.
