Beginning the week of July 18, Santa Fe will institute the use of employees’ eight-digit user IDs in order to make copies on the RICOH copier/printers in the academic units. IT will require a few days to fully implement this new system for using the copier/printers. Until the new software is implemented in your area, continue using your four-digit department code.
