Dear Santa Fe Family,
I hope you will be able to attend a campus-wide meeting Thursday, July 19 at 2:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Hall. We have completed our assessment of campus space and how best to use our facilities to meet the needs of our students. We look forward to sharing those results in a special presentation.
As part of the college’s Quality Enhancement Plan to meet our accreditation requirements, we are focusing on ways to improve student success. Over the past two months we studied the entire campus to determine how organizations and departments could be arranged to best serve the needs of our students, particularly those who are new to the college. As Santa Fe has grown, so have student services in different areas of campus. We have been looking at ways to group various services together as part of a cohesive plan to make it easier for students to navigate the college experience.
I would like to meet with you to review the results of this important study and to answer any questions you may have.
