It is estimated that around 300 million children worldwide lack a pair of adequate shoes. “Just Shoe It” is a University of Florida-originated service organization that collects shoes for children and adults around the world who cannot afford pairs of their own. The Nursing Student Association will be extending this project to Santa Fe College. Donation boxes will be located on the first floor of Building S and Building WA through Saturday, Aug. 31. Any type of shoe in any condition will be accepted and appreciated.
