Senior Night, an annual event at Santa Fe College, gives area high school seniors and their families an opportunity to learn about classes SF offers and the services that keep them in college.
Senior Night is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 2 in the Fine Arts Hall. Last year, approximately 300 students from Alachua and Bradford counties and beyond attended this free event.
“Senior Night is a great chance for students and their parents to get a ‘feel’ for the college,” said event coordinator Stacey Ledvina. “After refreshments and check-in at 6 p.m., there will be a brief program, then we will offer guided tours and have representatives from our bachelor’s programs, A.A. Academic Advisement, A.S. programs, Student Life and the Honors Program, just to name a few, on hand to meet with students. Also this year, a representative from the University of Florida Family, Youth and Community Sciences Department will give a brief presentation on financial literacy.”
