Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe Saints came out on the wrong end of two one run games on Saturday afternoon, falling to the St. Petersburg College Titans in the first game 2-1 in 11 innings and 1-0 in game two of the double header.
The games were the first for Santa Fe (3-3) since February 3 due to multiple weather related postponements.
Ashley Chapman was the tough luck losing pitcher in game one and Maddy Peres took the loss in game two despite allowing just one run.
The Saints will return home on Sunday, February 16 for a double header against Tallahassee CC at 1:00 PM.
