SF’s RN to BSN program earns final accreditation

The R.N. to B.S.N. bachelor’s degree in nursing program, which graduated its inaugural class this spring, received confirmation of accreditation last month. The program is accredited by CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) through June 30, 2019. The next scheduled site visit will be in fall 2018.  Five years is the longest span for an initial accreditation by this national accrediting body, which is a testament to the stellar program offered at SF!
The R.N. to B.S.N. program is geared toward the working R.N.; however, the option of full-time student status will now be offered, allowing more students to take advantage of this prestigious program.
