Week 5 Wellness Events

Wednesday, April 8 in R-001 from 2:30 – 3 p.m.

Desk Exercise Demo:

Join LaRita Brigham of Pensacola State College for a 30-minute presentation on exercises and stretches that can be done at your desk. Reduce fatigue, increase energy, and help prevent repetitive motion injuries.

Wednesday, April 8 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Weekly Wellness Walk:

Take a 20-minute stroll around our beautiful campus! Guided walks begin at 10am and 2pm every Wednesday, March 11 through April 15, on the Library front lawn.

5 t-shirts will be given away by drawing at each event so make sure you sign in!!

If you are unable to attend this event:

  • You may contact HR for a copy of the weekly event  video ( must be requested prior to Wednesday following the event in order to qualify  for weekly prize)
    OR
  • You may take a 20 minute walk on Wednesday the week of the event to receive prize credit

Note:  You must notify Mikayla Klein or Beverly Polk in the Benefits Office to receive participation credit
