Gainesville, FL — Santa Fe College will host the spring Career and Technical Education (CTE) Job Fair. Graduates from Insurance and Risk Management, Health Information, Business, and Information Technology programs will be available to meet with employers.
The event will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Santa Fe College Northwest campus. The first two hours of the Job fair will be reserved for Santa Fe College CTE graduates, after which the doors will be open to the public. During the first two hours, employers will be able to interview graduating CTE students and invite them to fill out applications. The College directors and faculty have committed themselves to preparing SF graduates for this event.
Santa Fe College’s CTE Division prepares students for a wide range of high-wage, high-skill and high-demand careers upon graduation. CTE programs include Associate of Science degrees, certificate programs and apprenticeships. Curriculum is designed in collaboration with community partners to allow SF to tailor its programs to meet the needs of the changing job market.
