December 14, 2017 – Santa Fe College will be closed for winter break starting Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017. The college will open Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018. All SF employees should take the following steps before leaving.
Refrigerators: Please remove all perishable food from refrigerators and place in break room trash cans and notify facilities.
Outside Signs: Garage Sale Style and A-Frames should be brought inside by the individual departments. Notify Facilities of any hanging signs that need to be removed.
Golf Carts: Golf carts should be secured inside buildings or in the Building D compound.
Windows: Please double check that windows in your area are closed and latched. Lower any shades. Close any vertical blinds.
Voicemail Messages: Please place an extended voicemail message on your phone explaining that the college is closed for winter break and will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018.
Email Message responses: Please place an extended out of office message on your emails indicating that the college is closed for winter break and will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018.
Computers and Electrical Devices: Please power down all computers and devices. Back up as needed.
In the event access is needed to campus, the SF Police Department will remain in operation and should be contacted if you are going to be on SF property during winter break.
