December 15, 2017 – Spring convocation at Santa Fe College will be Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, beginning at 9 a.m. in the SF Fine Arts Hall. Convocation is the official kickoff for each new term, and SF President Jackson N. Sasser says this term’s convocation will focus on the great work being done by the college’s faculty.
“Faculty are the lifeblood of any good institution of higher education. Santa Fe College faculty are impeccably credentialed, dedicated, and student success oriented which resulted in the college being named number one in the nation. The January 5 convocation will celebrate these facts and nine SF faculty members will demonstrate superior teaching concepts and challenge all of us to rise to an even higher level of service.”
There will be light refreshments served in the lobby of the SF Fine Arts Hall beginning at 8:30 a.m. All SF faculty and staff are encouraged to attend convocation to get the new term started.
