December 14, 2017 – The Santa Fe Saints men’s and women’s basketball teams will be in action during the winter break.
The men’s team, currently riding a three-game winning streak will host Polk State College Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at 2 p.m. The team will have two weeks off before traveling to Tampa to play Hillsborough State College Saturday, Dec. 30, at 4 p.m. The Saints will play again after the college opens, but before the first week of classes with a pair of home games Jan. 2 and 6 against Indian River State College and Florida State College at Jacksonville.
The SF women’s team, also on a three-game winning streak will be in Macon, Georgia Saturday, Dec. 16, with a 2 p.m. tipoff at South Georgia Technical College. They will take part in the FSW Classic in Fort Myers Dec. 29-30 with games against Hutchinson Community College Friday at 1 p.m. and Bryant & Stratton College Saturday at 11 a.m. SF will open 2018 on the road with a game at Broward College Wednesday, Jan. 3 at 4 p.m. before finally returning home against Florida State College at Jacksonville Saturday, Jan. 6, at 2 p.m.
