Health Risk Assessments Today and Tomorrow

Health Risk Assessments Today and Tomorrow

April 5, 2018 – Santa Fe College’s annual health risk assessment biometric screenings are continuing in Building R, Room 01 through the remainder of the week. Participation is limited to full-time employees who are in enrolled in one of SF’s group Florida Blue health care plans. All participants will receive a voucher for a FREE Subway lunch and will be entered into a drawing to win additional door prizes.

The health risk assessments have an online process this year, allowing completion of personal assessments in a private setting and saving time.  This process eliminates the Scantron document that was used in previous years. Employees will log onto the Florida Blue website and click the “Get Started” button in the “Your Guide to Better Health” section to complete the personal health questionnaire prior to the day of the biometric screenings.

Once completed, log on to pickatime.com and schedule a biometric screening appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome both today and tomorrow. You will have your blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels tested and be able to discuss your results with a health care advisor. The entire process should take less than 30 minutes to complete.
