May 14, 2018 – The Santa Fe Saints (39-10) finished their rain-suspended game from Sunday and defeated Tallahassee Community College 6-3 in the FCSAA Tournament.
The Saints may play again play again this evening against the winner of the game between State College of Florida and Chipola. Chipola defeated SF 4-1 Saturday, State College of Florida is the top-seeded team in the FCSAA Tournament. The weather has been a factor at the tournament in Lakeland. Officials are trying to get as many games as possible in today to make up for yesterday’s cancellations.
Should the Saints play and win tonight, their next games would be tentatively scheduled for Tuesday. SF would need to win twice Tuesday to win the tournament.
