SF’s Louis Mallory Awarded at Annual ShandsCair Conference

May 30, 2018 – Louis Mallory, Director of Santa Fe College’s Emergency Medical Services program at SF’s Kirkpatrick Center, was the recipient of the Richard Greig Award at the recent ShandsCair Critical Care Conference.

The award is given to a health care practitioner who exemplifies high skills in the field; quality care in times of stress; cares passionately about patients and is capable of teaching the next generation of healthcare workers.

The award is named after Richard Grieg, who the EMS community lost to Lou Gehrig’s Disease in 2002.
