July 31, 2018 – Santa Fe College employees toured the new SFPD building Tuesday morning, not only to see the recently-opened facility, but also to get valuable information about safety and security at the college. The Emergency Management Readiness Exercise was staffed by both SFPD as well as community partners that included Alachua County Fire Rescue, Sheriff’s Office, Public Health, Gainesville Fire Rescue, Gainesville Amateur Radio Society and Gainesville Regional Utilities.

SF Emergency Management (EM) team members also participated in a FEMA designed training exercise.
