October 17, 2018 – The Santa Fe Saints women’s basketball team is heading to Tallahassee to take part in the Southern Challenge Jamboree. The event was originally scheduled to be held at Tallahassee Community College, but since TCC is serving as a shelter for people impacted by Hurricane Michael, the tournament has been moved to the Maclay School in Tallahassee.

The Saints are seeking donations of tarps for roofs (the larger the better) and charcoal so people without power can cook food. The donations can be brought to the SF Gymnasium (Building V) between 6:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, and 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19. The Saints will take the donations to Tallahassee for distribution to the region when they leave campus Saturday morning.
