Take Control of Your Health With the Monday Morning Mile

October 17, 2018 – Every Monday during the month of October, the Santa Fe College wellness team will be leading walks, called the Monday Morning Mile, starting at 9 a.m. SF students, faculty and staff are invited to join, if their schedule allows, for a quick walk around the Northwest Campus.

A healthy lifestyle is important, and studies show that walking can help reduce blood pressure, prevent Type 2 diabetes, and give you an overall feeling of health.

The walk begins at 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at the Lawrence W. Tyree library. So join your fellow wellness walkers and start on your path to a healthy lifestyle
