May 2, 2019 – Rising ninth graders in Alachua and Bradford counties are invited to apply for a free, week-long, science-oriented, fun-filled summer camp at Santa Fe College’s Perry Center for Emerging Technologies in Alachua. Visit natural habitats and wildlife at Seahorse Key, explore SF’s solar lab, teaching zoo and many of the career and technical education programs. Students will also be able to construct solar models, build and launch rockets, solve crimes with the latest DNA technology and more.
The camp will run from June 24-28, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Perry Center, and the deadline to apply is Friday, May 24.
