February 4, 2020 – Santa Fe College President Dr. Paul Broadie II, will deliver his inaugural address to the college community Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020, beginning at 2 p.m. in the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall. Dr. Broadie, who was selected by the District Board of Trustees to be the college’s fifth president, will present his vision for the college, promising to “listen, learn and lead” during his first 100 days.

When Dr. Broadie briefly addressed attendees at spring convocation, he talked about the profound work being done at the college, and that by building upon the foundation laid by the college’s previous four presidents, Santa Fe College will dream big and “ensure that this is an institution of innovation.” Upon his arrival at the college yesterday, he told faculty and staff who greeted him in the Robertson Administration Building “I’m home.”

For students, faculty and staff who are unable to be in the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall, the inaugural address will be streamed live.
