Fourth Week SF’s Focus on Wellness Starts Wednesday, May 20

May 19, 2020 – While we are all social distancing, staying home and focused on health, safety and our wellbeing, SF’s Human Resources is providing links to a variety of benefits-related topics. HR is also holding a contest surrounding participation in at least 2 wellness-related activities each week.

In order to qualify for contest prizes, you must participate in two activities each week. One will be choosing from the list of the scheduled events and the other is performing some type of physical activity. The physical activity may be walking, participating in a workout video, horseback riding, swimming, gardening, running, lifting weights or any other form of physical activity and will be confirmed via a selfie. Please remember, we recommend that you consult your physician or other health care professionals before engaging in or increasing any kind of exercise. You still have until Wednesday, May 20, to complete the Week 3 activities.

HR is also excited to offer Live Yoga Zoom Sessions for the next 3 consecutive Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m., presented by Manisha Rande.

  • May 20, 2020 – Neck and Back
  • May 27, 2020 – Knees and Core
  • June 3, 2020 – Breath Awareness

Use sfcollege.zoom.us/j/201418759?pwd=d1dERWxpWEJuVVlDaWdjWmNaMC9oZz09 to join.
