May 5, 2021 – The 2021 Student Arts Show Gallery is available online at news.sfcollege.edu/student-art-show. The Annual Student Art Show is a curated exhibit featuring works submitted by Santa Fe College students. All featured works represent assigned projects in the Visual Art program. Due to current circumstances, this year’s show has been curated by the SFArt Gallery staff.
Every year the Visual Art faculty select five pieces to represent SF in League for Innovation National Student Art Competition. The League for Innovation invites its board member colleges to participate in the annual Student Art Awards competition. The Student Art competition enables community college students to compete with their peers across North America. Notably, the competition provides a means to showcase a selection of the best works being created by today’s community college students.
This year’s submissions from SF students are:
- Isha Aguilera – Mid-Century Modern Side Table
- Angela Gregory – Weak Mailed Fist
- Angela Gregory – Traces of Permanence
- Radhe McCreedy – Masked Figure Study
- Morgan Scott – Self Portrait
Congratulations to all of our SF student artists.
