August 4, 2021 – Santa Fe College’s Information Technology Services (ITS) will soon be transitioning to a new IT Service Manager for help requests and work orders. This new site – help.sfcollege.edu – is powered by SysAid and includes many new features not available on the previous site.
ITS invites all faculty and staff to follow the link above and create all new requests using this system. All tickets created using the old system will be converted into SysAid until the old system is retired on Friday, August 13.
