Process to Reserve Space in Fine Arts Venues for Events

There are still a few Fridays remaining this academic year to reserve the Lyceum for an event.

October 25, 2021 – Santa Fe College Fine Arts venues can be reserved, if available, for events by SF faculty and staff. For the academic year 2021-2022, the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall is completely booked. The Lyceum has a few Fridays remaining for the academic year. Beginning in January, submissions will be accepted for the 2022-2023 academic year. Anyone wishing to reserve the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall must put in a request at least six months in advance. Events at the Lyceum or the SF Art Gallery can be reserved with at least 20 days notice.

In order to make a request to reserve one of the facilities, the event must align with College Rules 6.4 and 6.4P, and the requester must complete this form – sfcollege.edu/facilities/use/request-fah-form.

Upon completion of the form and all required supporting documentation the request will be processed and the requester will be notified as to whether the college has approved or denied the request.
