September 12, 20222 – Santa Fe College’s 2022 Student Affairs Symposium will be held Friday, Sept. 16, at 1 p.m. Vice President Naima Brown will open the virtual event with a welcome and President Paul Broadie will present both the Student Affairs Awards as well as the Advising Awards.
The keynote speaker is Scott Van Pelt, co-author of the highly acclaimed book, “The Great Upheaval.” The keynote will focus on the current challenges, opportunities, and uncertainties that necessitate transformation in higher education. After a brief Q and A session with Van Pelt, Student Affairs Leadership Team members will facilitate small group discussions on change and innovation at the department level. The symposium will close with fun games and prizes. All staff and faculty are invited to attend.
