Election Day is Tuesday, November 8!

If you haven’t already voted in the 2022 Midterm Elections, Tuesday, November 8 is Election Day and your final opportunity to make your vote count! Florida voters will cast their ballot for elected officials in Washington D.C., Tallahassee, and here in North Central Florida. See what’s on the ballot.

Precincts are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day. If you are in line by 7 p.m. you will be allowed to vote. You must vote at your assigned precinct on Election Day. You can find your precinct through your Supervisor of Elections website or by calling them. If you are registered to vote in Alachua County, you can find your precinct here. Be sure to bring an ID with your photo and signature on it. You do not need your Voter Registration Card to vote. Check out Voter ID guidelines here.

From November 3-12, the Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo will be offering $2 off admission to all adults 18+ who voted, whether you vote early, vote by mail, or vote on Election Day. Just show your “I voted” sticker at the ticket window to receive your discount! One discounted admission per sticker.

If you already voted or you have a plan to vote, encourage your friends and family to vote by sharing this information with them! Questions? E-mail sarah.blanc@sfcollege.edu.
