SF’s Admissions-CRM Team and Director Selected as Finalists for Prestigious Salesforce Summit Awards

March 8, 2023 – For the sixth time in seven years, Santa Fe College has been recognized as a finalist for the Salesforce Summit Award. The award is presented each year to trailblazing higher education institutions for their work with products developed by Salesforce, a leader in cloud computing, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

SF has been utilizing Salesforce for nine years, and more than 40 different college departments now share student data through the college’s Salesforce platform. The award selection committee cited the Case Management Strategy that unites those departments in Salesforce in choosing the college as a finalist for the Excellence in Institutional Efficiency Award.  Other finalists selected in the category are the University of Vermont and Aalto University in Finland.

Quinten Eyman, the college’s lead Salesforce administrator, and Director of Recruitment and SF Achieve, was also selected as a finalist for the Community Champion Summit Award. The award is given to an individual who demonstrates impactful thought leadership, innovation, collaboration and dedication to the worldwide Salesforce education community.

SF became the first community college, and the smallest institution ever, to win a Summit Award in 2019 when the International Student Services (ISS) group was honored for its use of Salesforce to boost international enrollment.

Previous SF finalist distinctions recognized the impact of the college’s Salesforce strategy on enrollment, graduation success through the Finish at the Top program, the college’s annual Open House event, student engagement through the SF Achieve program and the award-winning recognition of ISS three years ago.

An open vote for the winners of this year’s awards by Salesforce institutions is currently being held, so make sure to vote for SF now and by Monday, March 20, through the Salesforce Voting Guide.

Award winners will be announced at Salesforce’s annual Education Summit, which will be held next month in Dallas.
