April 5, 2023 – Santa Fe College needs your help! Spring 2023 graduation ceremonies are right around the corner and we hope that you will consider volunteering to help our students celebrate their final act as a Santa Fe College student. There are three different four-hour shifts, each starting two hours before the ceremony begins.
- May 4 – from 1 to 5 p.m. – Nurses Pinning Ceremony
- May 5 – from 1 to 5 p.m. – A.S./A.A.S./BAS/VC Ceremony
- May 5 – from 5 to 9 p.m. – A.A. Ceremony
All ceremonies will be held in the gym.
If you would like to volunteer to assist with monitoring areas, greeting/directing guests, assisting graduates, etc. please sign up using the following sheet Spring 2023 Graduation Shift Sign-Up Sheet.xlsx.
We ask that supervisor’s work with their staff to adjust work schedules during the week of graduation to allow at least one shift to be covered.
The deadline to sign up is Friday, April 28.
