Admissions-CRM Team wins worldwide recognition at prestigious Salesforce Summit Awards

SF’s Ismelda Alvarez and Quinten Eyman celebrating SF’s Summit Award win at the Salesforce Education Summit.

April 12, 2023 – Santa Fe College was a big winner at the Salesforce Education Summit this week in Dallas.  At the annual event, which brings together members of the international Salesforce education user community, Santa Fe College won the Summit Award for Excellence in Institutional Efficiency Innovation.  SF beat the University of Vermont and Aalto University of Finland for the award, which specifically cited the Case Management Strategy the college uses to unite data from more than 40 departments in the Salesforce platforms, all to provide outstanding student service.

This is the second time the college has won the award for Salesforce innovation.  SF became the first community college, and the smallest institution ever, to win a Summit Award in 2019 when the International Student Services (ISS) group was honored for its use of Salesforce to boost international enrollment.

SF is considered a trailblazing institution in the Salesforce higher ed community, having been named a finalist for the Summit Award a record-seven times since the award was first established in 2017.

The awards are presented each year to innovative higher education institutions for their work with products developed by Salesforce, a leader in cloud computing, and constituent management relationship (CRM) systems.
