September 15, 2023 – Santa Fe College has resumed the search for a Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. The President will be selecting a diverse group of college faculty, academic leaders, administrators, and others to serve on the Provost Search Committee.
Members must be able to commit significant time for meetings and activities related to the screening processes, including the review application materials and interviewing candidates to ultimately recommend candidates to the President for consideration. The duration of service is anticipated to be from October 2023 – February 2024.
Training will be required and attendance at scheduled meetings will be mandatory, as is compliance with all related rules, statutes, and regulations. The first meeting of the search committee is scheduled for October 5, 2023.
Individuals that are interested in being considered for service on this committee should submit a single page letter that speaks to their qualifications. Those who would like to nominate another individual may provide the same information and should also include an explanation regarding the reason why they are nominating the individual.
