September 20, 2023 – The Learning Commons at the Blount Center are now open on Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. Students are welcome to use the space to study as well as receive tutoring and library services.
The Blount Center is also proud to announce that Academic Coaching is available. Both faculty and peers serve as academic success coaches. Like our tutors, they are trained in the best practices of coaching. These coaches work closely with our students, offering support through structured conversations regarding goals, learning strategies and study patterns. Our coaches are here to serve our students, making them feel more empowered and successful during their academic journey.
