December 1, 2023 – In partnership with Keep Alachua County Beautiful, the City of Gainesville and other community organizations, a cleanup of downtown Gainesville will take place on Saturday, Dec. 16. We invite students and staff to join in and help beautify downtown Gainesville.
Individuals or groups interested in participating should arrive at 8:30 a.m. for sign-in, assignments and supplies. Registration will be held at City Lot 10 at 100 SW 1 Avenue. The cleanup is planned to take place 9 a.m. to noon. Participants should wear closed-toed shoes and bring water, a hat and sunscreen.
We would love to have a large group from Santa Fe College represented.
