Planning an Event at SF this Spring? Facilities Services is Ready for You!

January 8, 2024 – Santa Fe College’s Facilities Services is here to assist the college community in making sure every event runs smoothly. If you or your group plan to utilize SF’s facilities, please submit an online Use of Facilities Reservation Request Form and Agreement at least 20 business days before your event. The Fine Arts Hall or Lyceum can be reserved using their respective online request forms.

Facilities Services collaborates with various college departments to coordinate event planning and onsite management, supporting the overall success of each event. We facilitate venue selection, equipment and furniture rental, and event services to prevent conflicts between scheduled functions and college business. For routine college activities scheduled outside normal business hours (e.g., business meetings, classes, labs), submit a Facilities Work Request.
